We analyzed the needs of client during individual in-depth interviews (IDI). We discovered insights and, on their basis, we developed an idea for a campaign. Potential customers, before buying a product to repair a balcony or terrace, would like to consult an independent expert. They would make a purchase based on a professional recommendation.
Based on the collected customer needs and their preferences for the purchase of a given product, we created an article in which we described the biggest problems of owners of balconies and terraces. to the knowledge regarding the problems, we also provided solutions to them.

We designed a simple landing page with a language-based copy, containing the problems and the needs of the target group. A unique value for the potential customer was the possibility of free consultation with the technical advisor of our client. That is why we have developed a brief form to generate leads. Additionally, the site works on mobile devices. we used parts from the design room, UX, through domain purchase, server configuration to texts and form support.
The article has been published on the branch construction blog – www.przepisnadom.pl, which records c. 100,000 site visits monthly, by users seeking solutions to problems related to construction or renovation. Link to the landing page has been placed on the corporate website as a development of the topic related to technologies for balconies and terraces.
